GoBright Lights Inc. Workmanship and Product Warranty

Applies to: All GoBright Lights installations in Canada and the United States
These Warranty Terms and Conditions (“Warranty”) apply to all GoBright Lights Inc. (“GoBright Lights”) systems installed across Canada and the United States, whether installed by GoBright Lights directly or by an authorized dealer. Warranty coverage applies only to registered systems. Warranty registration is mandatory and must be completed before any claim will be reviewed or approved.
a) LED Pixels – 50,000 hours of use (approximately 20 years under normal operation) from installation completion.
b) System Components – 10-year limited warranty on all other system products and parts.
c) Workmanship – Minimum 1-year warranty on installation workmanship provided by GoBright Lights or an authorized dealer.
Warranty coverage begins on the date the installation is completed, as documented in GoBright Lights’ internal records or the dealer’s completion report.
Warranty registration is mandatory prior to any claim being processed.
Registration must include the property address, proof of ownership (e.g., utility bill or other acceptable proof), and system installation date.
Unregistered systems are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Fully transferable with no limit on the number of transfers.
New owner must re-register the system and provide proof of ownership.
Coverage continues from the original installation date and is not reset upon transfer.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by:
Extreme weather, natural disasters, or “Acts of God” (including wind, hail, lightning, flooding, earthquakes, etc.)
Pest, rodent, or insect damage
Vandalism, negligence, misuse, or abuse
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
Power surges, wiring faults, or failures unrelated to GoBright Lights equipment
Cosmetic changes, including:
Fading, discoloration, surface corrosion, or other aesthetic deterioration due to aging or environmental exposure
Connectivity and software issues:
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, app control, network, or third-party integration problems
Costs associated with:
Access to the installation site (ladders, lifts, scaffolding, etc.)
Removal/reinstallation of siding, fascia, stucco, or other building materials
Rental equipment required to service the system
Any system operated beyond 50,000 hours or 20 years, whichever comes first.
All warranty claims must be submitted to GoBright Lights with proof of purchase and supporting evidence (photo or video).
Labor is covered for a minimum of one (1) year after installation. After this period, labor charges may apply unless the dealer provides extended labor coverage.
Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with GoBright Lights’ warranty terms and policies.
GoBright Lights’ total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the affected product.
GoBright Lights shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, data loss, or property damage, except where prohibited by law.
Disputes must first be addressed through good-faith negotiations.
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada (for Canadian installations) or in the applicable U.S. jurisdiction (for U.S. installations).
Arbitration will be conducted in English by a single arbitrator.
Class actions and jury trials are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the province, state, or territory where the system was installed.
The GoBright Limited Product Warranty provides our customers with peace of mind regarding the quality and durability of their decorative lighting packages. With a warranty period of five years, we guarantee that our product is free from manufacturing defects under normal use. However, it is essential that customers adhere to the outlined terms and conditions to ensure the warranty remains valid.
